Do you rent out bowling lanes, attractions, or the entire building?
We do not rent out individual attractions (such as bowling lanes or laser tag) to ensure that our activity pass holders enjoy full access during their visit.
Groups can rent the entire building for exclusive use – perfect for corporate parties or grad nights. Availability is limited, so call your nearest location and ask for an event coordinator.
When is the best time to visit?
Saturdays are our busiest day. For shorter wait times and the best value for your passes, we recommend visiting Monday–Thursday. Please note, activity passes are non-refundable, so we encourage guests to plan their time accordingly.
Do you offer public WIFI?
No, we do not offer public Wi-Fi. For security reasons, guests cannot access our private network.
Do spectators need to buy a pass?
Spectators do not need a pass to enter, though some areas may be inaccessible for guests without a pass.
All participants, regardless of age, need a pass to enjoy activities & attractions. (For participation restrictions, please see our height and age requirements.)
What happens if I lose my wristband?
Wristbands are like cash – lost wristbands cannot be replaced or refunded. Each participant must wear their wristband, which is attached by a Rush Funplex staff member at entry.

Yes! Guests can reserve a party space directly on our website. Please visit our Parties & Events page for more information.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes! We’re proud to support our community with special discounts for schools, churches, sports teams, fundraising groups as well as military & first responders. Please contact an event coordinator for group reservations and discounts.
Can I walk in with a group and get a discount?

Can I purchase a single activity pass?
Single activity passes can only be purchased for bowling and mini-golf. All other attractions are included with our all-access passes.
Is the arcade included in activity passes?
No, arcade credits are sold separately. Arcade cards are valid at all Rush Funplex locations and never expire.
Do I need to purchase passes or reserve bowling lanes in advance?
Reservations are not required for bowling. Passes can be puchased upon walk-in or in advance through our website.
Do your attractions have height or age requirements?
YES.
How old do I have to be to work at The Rush Funplex?
Employees must be 16 or older. Visit the location page and click apply to see current openings.
Does it cost to use the kids’ play area?

We do not have a cafe at our Orem, UT location. However, we do offer fountain drinks, bottled drinks, and packaged snacks for purchase.

No. Our Syracuse, UT location is the only Rush Funplex with a roller rink.

Yes. Lockers are available near our foam pit. Guests must bring their own locks.

No. We do not have a swimming pool or batting cages.

Yes! Our rooms can be rented for meetings or private events. Please contact an event coordinator for more information.
